BEKARY OVENS are manufactured of stainless steel sheets, also well designed which makes them suitable for simple use. Purpose: Baking all types of bread, pastries, cakes, diffrent kinds of pies (burek) etc. Maximally adjusted for all requirements of modern bakery it gives high efficiency and long term reliability. Each section can be used inidependantly providing baking in diffrent modes at the same time. Ovens are equiped with:
- Indipendanttermoregulators for upper and lower front of the oven. Temperatures form 0 to 400 ° C.
- Timers with sound alarm.
- Process steam devices (steamers).
- Interior lightning.
- Heavy duty fireproof glass doors.
- Chamotte-concrete plate which provides baking directly on the base.
- Fermentation chamber (proofer) with indipendant moisture and heating control.
- bakry/gastro containers, dimension: 400x600mm.
FERMENTATION CHAMBER is made of thermocouplesor stainless steel sheet, customly positioned on left/right side of the oven. It uses heat of the oven, and moisture from special in-built steam generator or electronically regulated steam/temperature generators.
